Late-cancel penalty = a charge on memberships (loss of credit on packs). "Grace period" = days a failed payment can sit before the membership suspends. "Min commitment" is how long a member is tied in before they can cancel.

Ritual 12, Ritual 8, Longevity 12, Longevity 8 → 1 guest pass per month.
Ritual Unlimited Annual → 26 guest passes per year (≈ 2 a month).
No guest passes: the 2-week intro trials, the Nutrition Add-On, and every class pack, drop-in and scan (all credit types are set to "Users Only").
▶️ Two start behaviours
On purchase (date_purchased) — the clock and billing start the day they buy. This is every recurring membership and the Nutrition Add-On.
On first workout (first_usage) — the term only begins when the member takes their first class. This is the 2-week intro trials — so a trial bought today but first used next week gets the full two weeks from that first session.

These figures come from your Mariana Tek migration confirmation sheet (the workbook that told MT which memberships, credit types and packs to switch on at go-live). It reflects the intended live setup; the live cross-checks above confirm the parts our API token can see.
Open items to close the loop:
- Appointment Services tab is empty — scans & 1:1s need service, duration, instructor, room & credit type filled in so the paid credits are bookable.
- Nutrition delivery — decide whether nutrition is a tagged class or an appointment, then wire the tag/service accordingly.
- Promotions — listed on the checklist as still to review (not yet in this sheet).
- Live catalogue diff — optional: get an admin-scoped token so we can auto-verify every price/rule against live and flag drift on an ongoing basis.
