Unlimited & 16-class memberships get a longer 14-day booking window; the 8/12-class tiers book 7 days out. Cancel later than the window and the class/credit is forfeit.

What this workbook is — & what still needs you

📋 Context

This is your Mariana Tek migration confirmation sheet — it tells the MT team exactly which memberships, credit types and packs to switch on (and which historic ones from the old system to leave behind). The "Membership Review Example" tab shows how your existing member contracts map across from the previous platform.

Open items for you to confirm before MT can finish set-up:

  • Appointment Services tab is empty — 1-to-1s (body scans, nutrition, strategy) need service, duration, instructor, room & credit type filled in.
  • Membership Types & Contracts — tick the "Migrate?" column on the ones to carry over; a few rows are flagged for a decision.
  • Promotions — the checklist lists Promotions as still to review (not yet in this sheet).
